Hello everyone,
I wanted to share my recent experience with Upwork regarding an overcharge on a freelancer I hired. Initially, when I reached out to their support team, they completely denied any wrongdoing. However, they later apologized and promised to issue a refund. Unfortunately, it has been a week since then, and I have yet to receive my money back. Today, I contacted them again and was informed that the transaction failed to my card.
Upon further investigation, I discovered that this issue has affected many other people as well. I urge you all to be cautious and diligently review your transactions if you are using Upwork.
