I'm looking for advice on circumventing Upwork's restrictions.

I've been facing difficulties in creating and maintaining client accounts on Upwork, as they tend to get suspended quite rapidly. It's possible that my IP address has been flagged due to previous fraudulent activities, and I suspect that simply using a paid VPN may not be sufficient to resolve the issue. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or tips you may have for bypassing these restrictions on Upwork.

Unfortunately, I continuously face the issue of my accounts being banned, despite my attempts to resolve it by using various browsers and a paid VPN. Although I occasionally run the accounts for up to a week, they frequently get banned within 1 to 48 hours, which is quite frustrating. I suspect I might be flagged for fraud due to my practice of hiring people based on hours, but not making payments once the week concludes.
