MMOLEARN.COM Policies and Procedures! PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO THE END!

Respectfully treat all members

All members, new and old, collaborators, VIPs, moderators, and staff, must be treated with the same respect.
Each household is allowed one account. If you are discovered to have more than one account, both will be suspended. Regular Members may download as much as they wish from the member sections. Upgrade your account to a VIP membership today to gain access to our VIP members section and downloads!

Names that are vulgar, offensive, or otherwise obscene will be changed. Repeated violations will result in the suspension of your account.

Pornographic or sexually explicit avatars or profile photos will be removed. Repeated violations will result in the suspension of your account.

Links to other forums should not be posted anywhere other than your profile or shared privately through a PM with another member; violators who post their site link in our forums will be banned and blacklisted.

We reserve the right to relocate, remove, or edit products at any time and without notice.

MODERATION STAFF are to be treated with the same regard and recognition as Administrators. Moderators keep the forum running smoothly.

Newcomers include:

After reading these rules, the FIRST thing you should do is post a Member Introduction introducing yourself to the community.

After joining this community, you should read the "Why I can't download" section.

There are numerous resources and add-ons available to all members. Extra resources are also available to VIP and above members. These are in the Premium sections, so please pay attention to what you're looking at; being VIP or higher will allow you to download.

Asking a VIP or higher member to send you a Premium section file is prohibited; if you do, you will be warned, and if you continue, you will be banned.

Posting

Please use the search function before posting any type of Help request, including forum topics and FAQ, to avoid repeat questions and provide you with the most timely response.

Use topic titles that are descriptive. Topic titles like "Help," "Error," and "Not Working" are not permitted and will be removed.
Racism and sexism of any kind are prohibited and will be punished.

Please back up all of your points if you are criticizing or providing negative feedback. Don't just say, "I despise it," back it up with specific reasons why and what could be done to improve it. This will get you much further, and members are much more receptive to constructive feedback of this nature.

Flaming or raging of any kind is not permitted and will be punished based on severity and at the Management Team's discretion.
Speaking of contentious issues, you are free to discuss them in the General section of the forum. However, it is not recommended because you may lose respect in the community if you disagree. These subjects are prone to causing wars and are generally unpleasant, so they should be avoided.

Before making any kind of request, you must have at least one approved post. Unless you're a VIP
You are only allowed to bump your topic once every two (2) days. Unless you're a VIP

Bump topics that are more than four weeks old. Support topics are an exception to this rule. When a support goes unanswered, it is appropriate to bump it according to the above rule.

If a Staff member has locked a topic, leave it alone; do not create a duplicate topic.

It is forbidden to copy/paste the same message in multiple topics or to create multiple pointless spam topics in an attempt to fraudulently increase your post count or for any other reason.
Signatures:

You may promote your website in your signature, but it must not be related to MMOLEARN and cannot contain pornography or other lewd content. If you stop using MMOLEARN, your signature may be removed. You are not permitted to advertise for Staff positions in your signature. To do so, go to the Looking For Staff forum. Your signature will be removed if you are banned from MMOLEARN. We will also remove any signatures that do not adhere to our community guidelines (and you may have action taken against you for that). Please limit each signature to one site link.

Please avoid using multi-colored text, flash graphics, or other distracting graphics in your signatures. These are both irritating and distracting. Furthermore, please avoid using too many special characters and emoticons in your signatures. These are, once again, extremely distracting.

Finally, don't make your forum signature "pop" by increasing the text size. The standard text size is perfectly adequate. Let's keep the text in signatures somewhat consistent, because wild variations make the forum look sloppy and distracting. Image sizes of 200px or less are recommended.

The following are the terms and conditions for VIP/Premium Membership:

There is no refund policy.

We will not be held liable for any files you download from this site.

Every action is solely your responsibility.

If we discover you sharing Premium resources elsewhere, you will be permanently banned and will not be refunded! Do not do it! We want to be the best Premium Community in the world, and leeching hurts everyone!

There are also some download restrictions. This is only applicable to VIP Downloads.

Everything you download from premium resources will be considered leeching, and you will be banned. Downloading all themes or add-ons in a short period of time is an example of this.

Rules are subject to change at any time without notice.

When purchasing a membership, make sure to specify which package you want. Because you must purchase a new upgrade after purchasing a package in order to obtain a different membership. When your membership expires, you can send a private message requesting to be moved to the donator member group, which has fewer download limits (This applies to One year SVIP and VIP only).

Insulting or Flaming Another Member: Flaming is when you talk down to another member because of who they are or what they have posted. It is also forbidden to speak disparagingly about another member. There is a distinct distinction between flaming and constructive criticism. If another member has posted something that you believe is incorrect, disagree with, or is inappropriate, there is a better way to convey your message than insulting them or providing demeaning feedback. (First offense: temporary ban, second offense: permanent ban.)

Trolling and baiting are actions that attempt to elicit negative - often humorous, emotional, or inappropriate - responses from others and will not be tolerated. This includes mocking, antagonizing, harassing, or otherwise grating on another member's or group's nerves. Although these are defined by a member's intentions, moderators will evaluate incidents based on their perceived effects on the target. Be mindful of other members' dignity. (Permanent Ban for Violation)

Be Considerate of Others:

Keep It Clean: We want this to be an open and welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds, nationalities, and religious beliefs. This is easily accomplished by "keeping it clean" and stoping from using cursing or foul language in posts. Members must also stop from posting any obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, or threatening messages, images, or other media. Make a positive difference.

Making Spam Posts: Posting in a discussion thread is intended to be constructive and to aid in the discussion of the topic at hand. If you don't have anything to add to the conversation, it's best not to say anything at all. Making a post solely to point out that a thread has been moved to the wrong section or that it is likely to be locked adds nothing to the discussion and is considered spam. Excessive use of text manipulation such as capitalization, bold, italics, size, underline, and color in forum posts and the shoutbox (VIP & Above) is considered spam and should be avoided. Zalgo text (or something similar) is not to be used on the website. (Permanent Ban for Violation)

Advertising: It's fine to include a link to your personal website in your signature, but it's against the rules to start a thread or post in another thread solely to promote something. Furthermore, while we strive to be inclusive of all nationalities, races, beliefs, and so on, you will be banned if you are a spam bot.
Housekeeping:

We also ask that you stop from engaging in certain activities that, while not necessarily offensive or otherwise problematic, are annoying.

Thread Necromancy: In general, the revival of old threads is frowned upon. Answers to old questions are also discouraged unless they provide additional information that previous answers did not.

Do not post more than once in a row within the same thread. If you want to respond to more than one user, click the "+Quote" button on each post. If you have an afterthought or more to add, please edit it into your first post unless another member has posted since you.

Additional Policies:

Infractions and Bans: When a member violates a rule for the first time, they will typically receive a PM reminder. The following step is a formal warning, which remains on that member's profile (visible only to that member and moderators) as a permanent reminder of the rule. If the member continues to violate the rule, he or she will be permanently banned.

Contesting Unfair or Undeserved Infractions: If you believe you received an unfair or undeserved infraction, please PM the moderator who issued it and explain your position politely. If you are not satisfied with the moderator's response (or if the moderator does not respond), you may contact @MMOLEARN COM, who will make the final decision. An Administrator's final decision is final. If you do not conduct yourself respectfully throughout the process, your concerns may not be taken seriously. Further disciplinary action may be taken if you cause trouble through other channels or defy the moderator's decision. Users who have been banned can contact the staff via the Contact Us link at the top of the forum.

Overview: Have fun, act maturely, be friendly, make new friends, and discover! That is the essence of this community. Please avoid drama; when things go wrong, we dislike it as well, but there is a report button. Do not "call out" other users; instead, simply report their post!
