I have a lot of Twitter accounts with blue checkmarks that are pretty old (more than 11 years old). From what I know, they come with a kind of permanent premium feature (because they got verified through ads, and there's no expiration date).

What can I do with them?
How can I make money from them?

So many, I can't count right now. Most of them don't have many followers (around 95 followers or less), but there could be some activities going on.
