To all the entrepreneurs who have successfully broken free from the corporate world and embarked on their own business ventures, I am seeking your advice.
As a solopreneur, I had an idea four months ago and made the decision to pursue it. I reached out to developers to build my minimum viable product (MVP), and I am currently in the stage of validating my assumptions. However, I find myself feeling like I'm navigating a dark and desolate desert. I am handling everything on my own, not out of choice but because it's still too early to assemble a team, and most of my friends are involved in different fields. I have a clear vision of the team members I want, including a digital marketer and a tech co-founder. However, I am considering outsourcing initially until I can confirm the validity of my assumptions.
At this juncture, I would greatly appreciate hearing from entrepreneurs who have experienced similar situations. How did you cope with the overwhelming feeling of being alone? What steps did you take to navigate this challenging phase?
