Pinterest I’m having trouble when I try to pin something on Pinterest.

When I try to pin something on Pinterest, I get an error message like the one in the picture. I follow the format and size they ask for, and I’ve tried both PNG and JPG, but I’m still having the same problem. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!
