I'm running an ad in the "Employment" category, which means I can't select a specific gender or age for my audience. The offer I'm promoting is a DOI offer. Some days I have a good day (ROI +100%), but other days I'm barely or not profitable at all.

Do you have any tips or advice to make this campaign successful?
