Instagram Forbidden text in IG DMs

I've noticed Instagram deleting a lot of my accounts in the last month, even though they're over 5 years old. Is there a new update? I've been using the same methods for years, but now I'm having problems and Instagram keeps suspending my accounts.

I send DMs manually from my phone, so I don't need a proxy.

Who were you sending DMs to? New followers or non-followers? What are your limits for following? How many accounts do you manage on one phone? What was the content of your DM—did it include a link?

The only flags I recognize are links, which can include links to other profiles, as many scams and spammers use methods like this.

I’ve been messaging potential new clients via DMs, mostly targeting accounts that don't follow me. Currently, I send between 15-20 DMs daily, down from the 30 I used to send. I manage this across seven different accounts, each on a separate mobile device. My DMs don’t include links; instead, I explain that I specialize in social media marketing using Panel.

Having seven accounts per phone seems to be problematic. Instead, try managing a maximum of 3-5 accounts per phone.

I've been doing this for a couple of years, so managing seven accounts isn’t the issue causing Instagram to suspend my accounts. It seems that it has become much easier for someone to report an account, leading to immediate suspension by Instagram, which wasn't the case before.
