I didn't fully understand your question, but I don't recommend building a tier 2 backlink for it as it can be indexed. However, if you wish, you can create it to facilitate faster indexing. Additionally, you can update the ping settings in the post settings section, where you can specify the ping sites to enhance search engine indexing speed.

This method is fantastic as it only takes a few minutes to generate a large number of backlinks. Additionally, since the articles are in a different language and not overly focused on a specific niche, it should appear normal and natural.

Yep, it wasn't too tough. I shared the method to help others handle captcha codes that aren’t in English or numbers.
I used Google Webmaster Tools to index my Web 2.0 site within minutes, but since it's currently disabled, you may need to wait a week or two. Be sure to ping the site using various pinging tools, and it should get indexed quickly.
