Where are they located?
Currently ― Los Angeles, CA area. Other locations are coming 2022.
What carrier networks do you have?
AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. More providers may come.
Are there any bandwidth limitations?
No bandwidth, data limitations, or throttling. 100% unlimited data monthly.
What websites are accessible?
All, as long as it's not illegal.
How fast are they?
Proxies reach up to 90Mbps (T-Mobile). Averages are from 10 - 60 Mbps depending on the time of day, network congestion, and ISP you're utilizing.
How does IP rotation work?
All proxies have the ability to rotate at custom set timing or on command via Illusory Dashboard or API webhook.
How fast is IP rotation?
Proxies typically reset IP within 10 seconds.
Does proxy disconnect during rotation?
Yes AND no. Proxy rotates at device-level insanely fast (about 1 second), so in many cases ― applications may just determine that loading time is delayed slightly (not that it is actually disconnected). It highly depends on the app or platform you're using and how they handle requests/timeouts.
Is there a proxy setup time?
No. Proxies are automatically deployed after payment clears. Custom orders may take longer and will be discussed at the time of order inquiry.
How long do I have access to each proxy?
Each proxy lasts for the length of the subscription you select. You'll receive an invoice to keep your proxy active once your plan period ends.

What protocols are available?
SOCKS5 & HTTP are provided for each proxy.
How do I connect to the proxies?
Proxies come with randomly generated user : pass auth codes, which you may change. Additionally, you may set IP whitelisting as an alternative via API or your dashboard.
How many connections can I use on 1 proxy?
There is now a 200 connection limit per proxy. Obviously, the more you load onto 1 proxy ― the slower it will become (just like a PC), so it’s up to customers to determine what works best for their use case.
Is it actually 5G?
Yes. Here are the bands our devices use: 5G - 2, 5, 25, 41, 66, 71, 260, 261 SA/NSA/Sub6/mmWave / 4G - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 28, 30, 38, 39, 40, 41, 46, 48, 66, 71
Is ever downtime?
Typically, no. Once or twice a month we may perform short, server/proxy maintenance operations to ensure service is constantly optimized.

How many accounts per proxy?
As social media platforms are constantly changing their algorithms and protocols, we rely on the expertise and testing of our clients to determine the capabilities and limitations of proxy use with social media accounts.
What social sites do they work on?
All. We’ve done minimal testing on all sites and extensive testing on others.

Trials available?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer tests or trials! We're a small team and all proxies are made to order and tested for quality! If we gave tests to everyone, we would never fulfill customer orders!
However, you can purchase a 1-hour $5 or 1-day $19 proxy and test all you like.

When you make your first payment to Illusory, you agree to pay and take responsibility for all charges made in accordance with your service plan.
