- All sales are final. The sale is completed once a client is fully satisfied with the design. This means I will do unlimited revisions until my client is 100% happy. I make sure all my clients are satisfied with the outcome.
- Once a client is satisfied, there will be no refunds given.
- Free revisions are available 1 week after the design is delivered.
- Every thread design has a "Design by" tag at the bottom, which is used to advertise my service. If you want it deleted, there will be a flat $10 fee.
- By purchasing, you are allowed to use the content for both commercial and personal use.
- Designs are completed within 12 hours, however, the timer starts when we start working on the design, not when you contact us about it.
- In some cases, delivery might be delayed.
