- General:
- If you've been a member of this forum for more than two years and have at least 20 vouches, then you can pay 50% upfront and 50% once your order is ready; otherwise, you'll have to make 100% upfront payment to place your order.
- 88% of the orders are delivered within 24-48 hours, however, in some cases, it can take longer than that, it is recommended to ask me about your order delivery before placing your order. (There might be some additional delay)
- All designs are copyright protected, you're free to modify the design you paid for, however, in case of thread designs you cannot remove "Thread design by" without paying the fee for it.
- I have the right to cancel any order without any reason.
- You can request for source files such as .PSD's, .Ai's etc. within three days of your purchase. If I lost your source files for any reason, I should not be held responsible. (Files are not given away for animation-related work.)
- Free design editing option is available within seven days of purchase. (Editing limit applies)
- No fake documents or adult/porn related work.
- All PayPal payments are subject to additional fees.
- I have the right to add the design I made for you to my portfolio. (Please discuss with me if you want the project to be private)
- In case if I couldn't make the design as per your requirements, you'll get a full refund.
- I have the right to change Terms of Service any time without any notice.
- Editing limit:This editing limit applies only in those cases where changes are requested beyond changing text.
- Any order greater than or equal to $35: 1 free edit.
- Any order greater than $125 or equal to $125: 2 free edits.
- Any order greater than $300 or equal to $300: 3 free edits.
- For editing, you must contact within one week after the design was delivered to you. Otherwise, additional charges may apply.Refund policyYou're eligible to request a full refund if:- If I couldn't deliver your order for more than 24 hours after the estimated delivery time.- If I couldn't satisfy you.- Once a design is approved by you. There will be no refund.
