Greetings everyone, I currently have a PayPal account that has been restricted for a duration of two years. It holds a balance of $10,000; however, I am unable to withdraw the funds due to an error in linking my bank account. I have come across accounts of people who claim to have successfully sold their limited PayPal accounts, although they stop from disclosing the identity of the buyers. My assumption is that the buyers are solely interested in acquiring the PayPal accounts along with the funds within them. I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on this matter.
