Hey, I’ve been trying to create a few Instagram accounts, but they keep getting restricted or flagged for copyright issues.

For the first account, I grew it to 10k followers by posting fitness videos of women. I would just download the videos and add text to them, which worked at first, but then the account got limited and stopped growing.

For my second account, I shared viral photos on reels with a link in the bio, but it got flagged for adult content.

Next, I tried remixing videos, but it still got hit with copyright issues because of duplicate content.

I see others doing similar things, and they're still growing, but it feels like I'm stuck.

What I want is a way to grow my Instagram audience so people will check out the link in my bio, helping me increase members in my private Telegram adult channel (the links don’t lead to direct videos).

Can anyone share the best way to remix videos or post content without it being flagged as duplicate?

It seems like the original creators might be reporting your account for using their content. Are you giving them credit in your captions at least?

Make your own remixes by adding your edits, thoughts, or mixing clips together instead of just reposting. Be sure your content follows Instagram’s rules to avoid copyright or inappropriate content problems.

To steer clear of copyright problems on Instagram, try making original content by adding things like your thoughts, edits, or fresh perspectives, instead of reposting or remixing videos that might be seen as duplicates.

It’s because you keep downloading and uploading videos with copyright, which is why Instagram bans you each time.

To stay clear of copyright problems, make your own content or use videos that are free to use. When remixing, make sure you add something new, like commentary or cool edits, to avoid being flagged for duplicate content. If problems keep happening, you could try focusing on specific topics or changing up your account approach.

I totally get it—Instagram can be tough with its copyright rules and limits. From what you've said, it seems like the accounts you're using might have low trust scores, which makes them more likely to get flagged for even small mistakes.

One idea to try is starting with older accounts, like the ones you can find on https://fametron.com. These accounts usually have better trust scores, so they're less likely to face limits and give your content a better shot at doing well.

When it comes to remixing content, here's what works:

Change up the video: Don’t just edit the text or cut parts out—try changing the aspect ratio, adding overlays, or mixing two different clips together.
Use different audio: Replace the original sound with popular music from Instagram’s library. This helps you avoid flags and can make your content easier to find.
Add your personal touch: Add commentary, captions, or reaction-style edits to make it unique.
Lastly, space out your uploads and avoid patterns that Instagram might flag. If you’re sharing a link to Telegram, keep it low-key—use a landing page or a more general call-to-action to avoid bio limits.

Hope this helps you get back on track!
