Why Do People Want Really Old eBay Accounts?

Finally, someone using their brain! Think about it — why would a brand-new eBay account be better than one that’s been around for a while?

A new account with no feedback? That’s worth almost nothing.
An older one with tons of good reviews? That’s super valuable.

It’s kind of like wine...

A bottle made yesterday? Eh, not worth much.
A really old one that’s been aging for years? That’s like finding treasure!

Same with people, too — someone just starting out might not know much, but someone who’s been doing it a long time has way more experience.
