In the event of abuse, most or all VPS providers have a system in place to monitor all of their IPs.

I assume you want to use it to send out bulk emails.

You won't have to worry about abuse if your email list is validated to avoid bounces and you don't send any fraudulent emails.

Cloudflare always notifies my vps provider about abuse emails, so I want my vps provider to ignore this.

What kind of abuse is it? If it is money, you must purge your list and find a reputable provider. There are numerous providers, such as AWS SES, DO, and others. In any case, if you send phishing or other suspicious content, you will be flagged regardless of which provider you use.

Have you given IPFS hosting with an eth domain any thought? Your files will be secure and you will be able to charge your consumers. There are numerous drawbacks to this strategy:
Each file upload and pin requires payment, and if extra DNS services are not configured, access is restricted to ENS-capable browsers (like Brave).
3. necessitate some knowledge of development

I’m not sure how to do that.

Take a look at the Hosting part of this forum. You’ll find some reliable hosting deals. This can help you stay up, but make sure to ask the hosting company if it's fine to store your content on their server (and tell them what your content is). Right now, I’m working on a plan to make blockchain hosting and streaming available for all those who don’t know how (or don’t want to) handle servers or create things on their own.

Eventually, even AWS will block you. Owning your own SMTP server is the ideal answer. You still need to research robust servers, despite that.

Purchase it on a Russian forum or a forum similar to cracked io.

I propose the quick vps at knownsrv.com. reasonable prices. dmca avoided.

Purchase hosting that is at least secure for triple-layer tunneling rather than hosting that is blank and direct on the server.

Don’t tell me they are illegal content, because then I’m sure no VPS provider will allow you to use it. ‘Illegal’ is a very serious term.

That’s true, but he can hire someone to create a Web3 solution for him. Blockchain isn’t just for money. Videos can be streamed too. In the end, the internet is full of all kinds of content.

P.S. We might judge it, but it has always had and will always have its audience, whether we like it or not. The best thing we can do is use our skills to build something and make some money from it (if we’re okay with it).

Edit: A Web3 streaming solution is possible and can be used to stream any type of content. Imagine all videos hosted on IPFS using ENS domains :D
