Offertoro and OGAds are excellent choices for targeting both mobile and desktop users. However, I’m not sure about how they handle interest-based targeting.

Now, I’m using CPA, and it's performing much better than AdSense. The important part is having a well-structured traffic funnel and an effective landing page. With around 600 clicks to my content locker, I'm making about $200.
