I am a website developer using WordPress. There are many popular platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.
Instead of trying to pick the most popular one, it may be better to choose the one you like and are most comfortable with.

Agree with Comitia, starting with a stack you enjoy working with and can become really good at is a great approach. You can always expand your skills gradually as you grow.

Clients will have different priorities depending on their needs, I think the main focus should be on providing a high-quality service and building a strong reputation. Finding clients is obviously important too ( can be delegated later if possible), but great work is what keeps things growing long term
