Hi everyone,

I'm new to social media marketing and have been learning how to use LinkedIn. I've started trying to find leads, but my results have been small so far.

What has worked best for you when getting leads on LinkedIn? Also, what problems did you run into when you first started?
 
For me, having a strong profile and sending personal messages gave much better results than sending the same message to lots of people. I think the hardest part of LinkedIn is getting people to reply.
 
LinkedIn can help you find new leads, but it doesn't happen overnight. You need to keep showing up and be patient. A common mistake is trying to sell something as soon as a new person accepts your connection request.

I get better results by fixing up my profile, connecting with the right people, leaving helpful comments on their posts, and sharing useful content often. When people know and trust you, it's much easier to start a real conversation.

One of my biggest problems was getting the right people to reply. Instead of sending lots of connection requests, I started reaching out with personal messages to people who were a good fit for what I offer.

The biggest lesson I learned is to stay patient and keep showing up. Good results take time, but LinkedIn can bring in great leads when you use it the right way.
