Hello everyone,

We have recently added a blog section to our website and are looking to improve our website's ranking through blogs. As we are outsourcing our copywriting, I'm looking for a quicker way to assess the quality of the content. Currently, I'm using Quillbot to check for plagiarism and proofreading the articles. However, this can be time-consuming, particularly when dealing with bulk orders.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a tool that could check for SEO optimization in the articles or perhaps a tool that could rate the content on a scale of 0-100. Are there any other tips or best practices for verifying the quality of outsourced blog articles?

Thank you.

If you use WordPress, installing Yoast SEO can provide you with an article ranking on a scale of 0 to 100, along with an assessment of its SEO score.

I've heard that Yoast SEO may not always be accurate. Have you considered trying Rankmath Pro as an alternative?

Consider hiring a human to perform a manual check, even though it may not be as speedy as using a bot. However, the advantage lies in obtaining higher quality results.

To assess the quality of outsourced blog content, a few tools and best practices can be very useful. For evaluating SEO optimization, tools like Yoast SEO or Semrush are great options; they can provide scores or ratings on how well the content is optimized for search engines.

For proofreading and spotting grammatical errors, Grammarly is a valuable tool.

To ensure overall content quality, establish clear guidelines and expectations for your writers, offer constructive feedback and revisions as necessary, and regularly review their work.
