Spending All at Once or a Little Each Day?

Our team has asked this a bunch of times.

We help get leads for money stuff like crypto and trading. The people we work with only want leads during their business hours. So, we usually set a 28-day budget and only run ads Monday to Friday.

But the problem? The price to get one lead goes way up when we do it like that. We also tried some tricks with bidding, but it didn’t really fix things.

When we switch to a daily budget that runs all the time (even nights and weekends), the cost to get leads drops by almost three times.

What would you try in this case?

Using a daily spend helps keep things easier to track. It’s usually smarter to pause or start smaller ad groups instead of stopping the whole thing.

We start fresh with a new ad setup every day, but that causes a problem — the system doesn’t learn fast enough. We’re not getting to around 45 sign-ups in a week, so it doesn’t really “figure things out.”

Would it be better to use a daily spend and just switch ad groups off and on?
Will that mess things up or keep it working fine?

Thanks a lot for the help!

All of our customers pick how much they want to spend each day on crypto.

Keep your ad running all day and night to get better results for less money, and then give it an extra boost during the hours people are usually awake and active. Show reminders to people who looked before but didn’t sign up. Try out different ways to let the system choose the best price or get the most sign-ups. You can also split your audience by location and change how much you spend during busy times. Add a few questions before people sign up to make sure they’re really interested — that can save money too.

You can try showing your message to a smaller, more specific group of people who might really care about it — that can help save some money. Instead of only showing your stuff during the day, maybe let it run at night too, just with a smaller spend. That way, you can see what times work best and make smarter choices later.
