I'm looking for either a recommendation or someone who can assist me in boosting the rankings for several new GMB listings in the repair niche for my local service business. Although these GMB listings have been set up for 7-9 months and are gradually accumulating reviews, they are not ranking as well as I'd hoped. I would appreciate any assistance or advice on how to improve their performance.

Avoid investing money in attempts to rank your Google My Business (GMB) listing, as citations and similar methods do not provide as much impact as expected. I have personally tried these approaches. Instead, follow this strategy: encourage your customers to leave reviews, regularly update your GMB with posts, and set up Google News publishing. By implementing these practices, you will be well-prepared to achieve ranking for your GMB listing within a few months.

What do you mean by "news publishing"? Can you give some examples of how this is done for things like local repair businesses or local e-commerce websites?

I'm talking about the Publishing Center. Here's the link: https://publishercenter.google.com/

I've used it for my website, and it works really well. I'm getting some followers, and I can already see my site's ranking slowly improving.

Yeah, I get that, but I thought it was mainly for news websites. I’m wondering how the original poster could use it for a repair business niche. Do you know of any examples where it’s been used for other types of websites, not just news or blogs?

I've been at it for a while. One of my sites is ranking really well, but some others aren't doing so great. Right now, I'm focusing on getting more reviews for the other ones and keeping the posts consistent.

Thanks for sharing this!

Are they the same service, just in different locations?

Yep, I do. Send me a message!

I can assist you with ranking them if you still need help with the service.
