Pinterest Question : How many pins with url and how to add tags?

I'm new to Pinterest, but I see a lot of potential for generating free traffic. I'm looking for two pieces of information:

1. How many different pins can I publish with the same blog post URL? Does using the same URL for multiple pins reduce their coverage?
2. What about tagging topics for basic pins? Do you use the topics from the dropdown list after typing some text, or do you enter your tags separated by commas?

There's no recommended number, and it's unclear how many might be too many. However, repeating URLs is perfectly normal.

What about tagging topics for basic pins? Do you use the topics from the dropdown list after typing some text, or do you enter your tags separated by commas?

I select from the list, hit enter, then enter text again to choose another one. You don't need to separate them by commas; Pinterest automatically highlights each selection.
