Preparing Facebook Business Account

Hey everyone,

I'm currently facing a challenge with advertising my Shopify site on Facebook. My personal Facebook account was blocked in the past when I attempted to promote an e-cigarette page. I tried creating a new account, but it was also blocked, leaving me unsure of how to proceed with advertising on Facebook. If anyone has any advice or guidance on this issue, I would greatly appreciate your help.
