Has anyone tested this functionality? It's been enabled on one of my Pinterest accounts. When I include Amazon affiliate links, the products show up beneath the idea pin videos. I find this quite beneficial.

Yes, I'm currently adding affiliate links to the videos I upload. For instance, if the video is about home decoration, I first create a product category on my website and add the Amazon product to my site using WZone. Then, I take the URL from my site and include it in the Pinterest video. The link appears at the bottom. I'm curious if this will have any impact.
