I started this post to help myself stay on track and keep using the follow and unfollow method every day on Bluesky. The platform is getting bigger, with over 32 million users, and I think it could be a good place to make some money. So I wanted to try it out.

I made 4 Bluesky accounts in different topics. The plan is to grow all of them using follow and unfollow.

Account One
Topic: Pets
How I plan to earn: Sharing product links
Notes: I think this topic will always be popular. Even though the account is only 4 days old, the posts are already doing well. One post has over 280 likes so far.

Second Account
Topic: Community (built around one group of people)
How I plan to earn: Selling products online
Notes: I think this group could be great for making money with dropshipping. Getting followers here looks tough, but if it works, it could pay off well.

Third Account
Topic: Adult
How I plan to earn: CPA offers
Notes: Adult content usually does well on social media, so I wanted to try it on Bluesky too. I even got some messages within the first 30 minutes of making the account, which shows this topic might work here. I’ll be using Adult CPA to make money. I made this account about 3 hours ago.

The rate of people following back looks a bit low, but so far Bluesky hasn’t blocked me for following hundreds of accounts in a day, so I think it’s still worth trying.
I plan to make about 1–2 posts each day on every account while continuing the follow/unfollow method to grow faster.
I want to focus more on making good posts instead of just posting a lot.

Good luck with your journey!
This is really interesting—haven’t seen anyone else sharing their Bluesky experience like this before.

Best wishes! Making money through affiliate links or selling products online can be a clever choice.

I’m watching this too, and it looks like Bluesky is really growing. Wishing you good luck!

Thanks everyone!

I’ll do my best to share updates here each day with the latest stats.

This was a really good post. The topics you chose are smart, especially pets and grown-up stuff—they usually do well. Bluesky seems like it could take off, and you might be there at the right time. Keep going, and the money should come later 💪

Have a great trip ahead! Wishing you the best as you go.

Thanks a bunch, everyone!

BlueSky looks pretty interesting. Have you noticed any sales yet from the stuff you’re promoting?

Hey,

I joined BlueSky when it was starting to get popular, but before it got super big. I’m wondering if it’s still active and actually worth using now. I think I grabbed some rare or pretty good usernames back then.

Is there real hype around it? Are people really using it a lot? I’m not trying to sell the usernames right now (not even sure if that’s allowed), just curious.

Wishing you lots of luck on your journey too. Hope it turns out awesome for you! Thanks

Also, I forgot to say something. When I was getting usernames, a few accounts with very small follower numbers started following me. When I first looked at their profiles, they only had a low amount of followers, so I just thought they were normal followers.

But after around 2–4 weeks, I logged back into one of my accounts that those pages had followed. I checked again and their follower count had gone from a few hundred to over a thousand, at least from what I remember.

I didn’t really know about the follow-unfollow trick back then. But after you talked about it, that memory came back to me. So I think they were probably doing the same thing and it was working for them. Because of that, I think it could work for you too (at least I hope so).

If the app really doesn’t have a daily follow limit, or if the limit is super high, you could run a small script and open a bunch of LDPlayer windows. Then many accounts could run at the same time and keep doing the actions all day and night, like 24/6.

I actually thought about testing something like that before, but I’ve been too busy and kind of lazy to set it up. If you ever decide to try it, it would be awesome if you shared what happened. Good luck!

One of my accounts got marked as spam right after I added my link to the profile. Because of that, I probably won’t try to make money from it for about another month or so.

Account One
Numbers: gained about 30 new followers
image 1.png
Profile Two
Stats: about 130 new followers

Profile Three
I tried adding a link in the bio, and the account got marked as spam really fast. I got an email saying it was because of too much following and unfollowing.

I think there is a check where if you follow lots of people and also add a link in your bio, it can get your account flagged.

I’ll wait about 23 hours to see if the warning goes away. If it doesn’t, I’ll just make a new account for that niche.

I don’t plan to make money from it until the page gets to around 4,800 followers.
I wasn’t asking about making money. I meant, do you add your website link in every post to get people to visit it? Is that okay on Bluesky, or does it look like spam?
Also, what email service do you use if you have many Bluesky accounts?

My third account got banned, so I made a new one for adult content. I’ll try to grow it first, then add the link in the bio later.
