2. Stocks
I also put money into stocks. I bought $20k worth of Apple, Google, and Microsoft shares last year, but all of them are now down by 20+%.



I think I will skip stocks.

Invest in gold, man. It's a slow growth, but it pays off over time. Ask any Indian mom or auntie how much they bought their gold for and compare it to today's prices.

Also, I looked into bank-auctioned properties on Google, and I didn't know that was a thing. Thanks for teaching me something new today. Do you know if there are any risks with buying property through a bank auction?
