Elon Musk, the new owner of Twitter, has expressed his desire to eliminate bots as one of the changes he'd like to implement. Do you believe botting will still be possible on Twitter in the future?
 
He might give it a shot if he wants, but I doubt it's possible to completely eliminate bots from the Twitter platform.
 
If someone is determined to use bots, they'll always find a way to make it happen.

What an irony... could Musk actually be a bot himself?
 
That's not ideal. I've perfected using custom bots on Twitter without any bans for the past two years. Hopefully, things don’t change anytime soon.
 
He can give it a shot, but eliminating bots completely is impossible—no platform has achieved that 100%. However, I do like the concept of authenticating accounts, as it could be highly beneficial for many marketers.
 
Who does he think he is, some kind of mastermind? The only thing he'll manage to do is charge monthly fees for verified accounts.

Exactly, haha. No one seems to mention his failed ventures—Hyperloop? The supposed better 18650 batteries? The Tesla truck? And whatever that flop of an Internet Service provider was called?

He’s just a modern-day snake oil salesman with a massive cult following.

Absolutely, can’t argue with that, haha. Failed projects are still failures. If he insists otherwise, someone should ask him to explain what happened to the "magnetic levitation" concept he initially promoted, and why it ended up being a slow, RGB-lit tunnel where only Tesla cars are allowed

Is he lowering the price for Twitter to buy it, or is he just trying to ruin it?

I hope he still wants to buy it, but it seems like a lot is still uncertain. Free Twitter!
 
Twitter has a lot of trolls and fake accounts, which makes it pretty useless for me. Think about it—would you talk to a stranger in real life who has a fake name and hides their face? It feels like a big waste of time. It started out as a really cool idea, but now it’s filled with fake people.

I’m not sure he has that much money on hand. A lot of his wealth is tied up in bonds, and he reinvests a lot too. Plus, many of his projects end up costing a lot more than they earn.

Yes, that’s true. Twitter has tried to stop bots for a long time, but they just keep getting more and more on the platform.
