I created a LinkedIn account and published an article, but it's only visible to me. When I try to view it from another computer, I get a "not found" error.

Does LinkedIn have a waiting period before it shows your articles to everyone?
 
There could be a temporary caching problem. Try clearing your cache and cookies on the other PC.
 
Make sure to check the visibility settings and set it to "public" to make the article visible to everyone.
 
I don't believe LinkedIn has a waiting period before articles become visible to everyone. You can check for any technical issues and also review the visibility settings to ensure everything's okay.
