OK, I have a new YouTube Shorts channel where I post one short video every day. So far, I've uploaded 5 videos and will keep posting for the next 2-3 months. My goal is to have over 100 short videos in 3 months.
While I'm posting, I want to promote my channel to grow subscribers and watch time, so I can monetize it.
YouTube experts, what should I do next to promote my channel?
I'm willing to spend money on it. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
