I’m curious if reposting content from other users and giving credit to the original author works on TikTok and if it’s allowed. Has anyone tried it? Any tips or advice?

If you don’t edit the video, it’ll be seen as duplicate content and probably won’t get any views. Simply giving credit won’t be enough in this case.

If you're trying to earn cash from views or sharing TikToks again, it helps to grow your page in places where views pay more, like the US or maybe the UK. A bit of it comes down to luck—lots of pages get views—but the real trick is sticking with it and posting often. Keep at it, dude, and good luck!
 
It’s usually fine to share someone else’s video as long as you say who made it, but you also gotta take out the hidden info in the video so the bots don’t catch it and block you.

Plenty of folks are still doing this, but they usually change the video a bit so it’s not exactly like the first one. Still, a bunch of people have gotten their accounts banned for posting stuff that isn’t theirs.
 
That doesn’t really help much, 'cause just sharing other people’s posts won’t bring in new followers like making your own stuff will.
 
Try using CapCut to make your videos look better. Make the background plain white so it pops. Pick the comment or text that got the most likes and make it stand out. When you post it again, don’t forget to tag the person who made it!

What if you save the video, fix it up using a video app, and then save it again? That might make it seem like a brand-new video because the file details change.

What stuff should I try changing? Like, if I take two clips and mix them into one new video, do you think that could work?

Alright, so I just change up the video a bit to make it fresh, and I say who made the original, right? But what do you mean by showing the top comment? And is the white part just like a frame around the video? Thanks a bunch!
