A VPS is great for this; with it, you can scrape all day, every day.

I wouldn’t say there’s a “great tutorial about scraping and stuff.” It really depends on what you want to do. If you want to test your proxies, try using this - https://github.com/mihneamanolache/puppeteer-extra-amazon-captcha - the puppeteer extra plugin and scrape Amazon listings. I think practicing will make you better at it!
