No, I haven't found any solution. Whenever there's a problem, JAPA doesn't respond – this is the second time I'm losing money. I’m supposed to have support from the admins, but I’ve been waiting 47 hours for a reply. I've been a loyal customer for 9 years and spent over $1.4 million, and their approach is honestly ridiculous. There’s no guarantee, and refills don’t exist – it's crazy.
JAP is down. I have lots of orders for Instagram followers still processing, and also for TikTok. I've tried several offers over $1.4 per K, but nothing is working and support isn't responding...

I use ID 2289 and ID 1346 on JAP, and they’re working well, so you can try them out. I also have another provider that’s invite-only. It’s a bit pricier, but it always works.
That's it, I'll be waiting too. All my orders have been processing for about 50 hours with no results, and I can't cancel. I talked to support on JAP, and they keep saying the same thing every time: wait, wait, wait.
