I'm currently developing my own DM bot. I experimented with a service here, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. Here's how it works: you need to acquire or create thousands of accounts, each requiring its own proxy. You can typically use three accounts per proxy. There's a DM limit of 5-25 messages per new account you create. It's usually recommended to send a maximum of 15 messages per day, with intervals of at least one hour, to ensure that messages are delivered as push notifications rather than being sent to the hidden folder.

Essentially, you create a bot to connect to the proxy, log in, and send DMs. Without a reliable proxy setup, the accounts may become inactive or be locked after a day of use.
