I work as a media buyer for a prominent affiliate marketer who generates substantial volume. My responsibilities include running and managing campaigns on Facebook and YouTube. Surprisingly, despite generating daily revenues of around $50,000 to $60,000 for the affiliate marketer, my own salary amounts to only $1,000 per month. It's quite ironic.
At times, I contemplate sharing the creatives, copies, and landing pages with potential investors to earn some additional income on the side. However, I am bound by non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, which prevent me from pursuing such opportunities.
This situation has left me feeling conflicted about whether to continue working for the affiliate marketer or consider quitting. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to navigate this dilemma.
