In recent times, through conversations with agencies and personal experiences, we've gathered a trove of insights—about traffic, engaging with users, overseeing operations, and various other aspects. Our experience is a constantly evolving tapestry, improving month by month. Sometimes, it's invaluable to exchange notes with seasoned individuals in the business.
Just yesterday, during a dinner discussion with a partner about future growth plans, I probed into his financial goals for the near future. In turn, I laid out my vision—I aim to hit the 1-million-dollar mark within the next two years. His response? A candid "You do realize that's going to be difficult, right?" Yes, I'm well aware.
But I'm also keenly aware of the roadmap to get there. If we break it down to basics:
  • It could be 4 models generating $40,000 each per month.
  • Alternatively, we're looking at 10 models pulling in $30,000 a month.



As the head of marketing in our agency, I'm the gatekeeper for all partnerships and new team members. It dawned on me that I have all the resources needed to propel a model to a $20,000 income. Let me break down our current arsenal:

  • 4 dedicated DA teams.
  • 3 TikTok leaders (one of them, we're cultivating into a formidable force, and I'm sharing that journey on this fantastic forum—kudos, mmo).
  • 3 teams dominating Reddit.
  • Another 3 teams strategically positioned on Twitter.
  • Plus, a handful of affiliate specialists.
Yet, I'm continually on the lookout for experienced individuals because, truth be told, an affiliate specialist won't achieve much in isolation. The magic happens when a solid team comes together. Case in point: recently, we hit the top 0% on the page in just 2 weeks, and that achievement was a collaborative effort with my partner.

We're currently backed by a seasoned head of chatters, who boasts a track record of managing 15+ pages with monthly earnings ranging from $15k to $100k. Additionally, our traffic-handling team has expertise that places them in the top 0% on the page.

Feeling well-positioned to achieve noteworthy results, we recently engaged in discussions about recruiting attractive models—ones that fans would be willing to shell out hundreds and thousands of dollars for. Our strategy involves tapping into three sources: a social network blog, targeted outreach, and scouts. It's as straightforward as it gets.

I've delved into the nitty-gritty details to give you a comprehensive view of my situation and goals. Along the way, I'll keep you in the loop with:

There are many amazing girls from different countries. As the saying goes, "To each their own."

We work with a specific type of girl who knows her craft. No secret there, haha.

But yes, we are considering bringing in new models.
 
September 25. Day 4.

We're currently at the stage of bringing new girls into the promotion, and we need to handle this as responsibly as possible.

To find the girls, we:

Have recruited 4 scouts
Are using Instagram ads (a good option, with affordable applications)
Have been developing a blog for 2 months to warm up potential models and sign them for management
The girls should be as appealing and suitable as possible.

Chatterers:
As always, the team is working flawlessly (well, there are mistakes, but who doesn’t make them? I’m glad they are trained every day).

Despite being new and without an audience, they generated 18k in revenue for a new model in September on a free page. That’s impressive!

Traffic:
This never seems to end. I'm getting familiar with the TikTok farm on this site. Feel free to check it out if you're interested.

TikTok farm: Hired a couple of new people, training and adapting them.
Dating apps: All stable and working. We're trying to streamline processes and expect improvements soon.
Reddit: Only two specialists onboard, but the strategy is solid. I've done this for my clients before.
Twitter: We have a working team and a specialist. Both are doing well.
Instagram: Focusing on minor tasks for now due to limited free time. Planning to find a team to handle traffic from there eventually.
To summarize, we're getting 140-400 fans per day and generating $500-$1700 in revenue per day on one platform.

The goal is to replicate this for all new models. TikTok needs more focus; it's unstable but has huge potential.

We're working on it. I'll continue looking for new affiliate specialists to drive traffic for my models.

What do the models specialize in? Do they work alone or collaborate? Is there a specific niche or fetish they focus on? That could be a lucrative avenue, as people with specific interests are often willing to pay a premium.
