Hi MMO — I see myself as someone who knows YouTube really well, and I’m happy to answer your questions.

Before we start, here’s my story. About six months ago, something big happened. An old channel of mine, with around 148K subscribers from about 8 years ago, suddenly came back to life.

That’s when the new journey started. After so much time, the old audience was gone and had moved on. The content didn’t fit them anymore.

So I had to make a fresh plan. That meant changing my content a little and finding a way to connect with a new generation of viewers.

You can read how my first question turned into this whole journey here:

MMO

So how did it turn out? The channel started making about 95× more money in only a few months. Big win!

Did it take effort? Yes, but it wasn’t nearly as hard as working long hours in a kitchen. I didn’t spend much time compared to the results I got.

Now feel free to ask me anything about YouTube, marketing, SEO, setting up a channel, or mistakes to stay away from.

I’m happy to share what I know with anyone here on the BlackHatWorld forum who wants useful info.

Watch time: ~36 years

Gained roughly 10,800 subscribers

Revenue: €€€€ range

Wow, that’s really cool!
Did you try any sneaky tricks to get those numbers?

How do you find and hire video editors and a content manager? I feel like scripts and voiceovers can be done almost 99% with AI now, so what parts are still needed? Is it mainly the visuals and someone to manage everything?

Can you share how you do it, what prices seem fair, and any tips or lessons you’ve learned?

That’s awesome to hear. I’m happy you got your account back and are doing well with it. I’ll be watching too, because it already seems really cool and interesting.
