I’m new on Fiverr and using an old account from 2021. I just posted 3 gigs for video editing. Right now, one of them got around 260 impressions, but the others are really low. I’ve made sure to use catchy thumbnails, good SEO, and strong titles. Now, I’m thinking about buying reviews—would that be okay? Will I get flagged? Are there any tips for a newbie to start getting orders? Appreciate any advice!

Getting a few reviews by buying them might help you get more people to buy from you.

When I started selling on Fiverr, I priced my offer at $6. A few friends bought from me and gave nice reviews, and I gave them back $11 as a thank you. Lots of them were okay with it since they didn’t lose money, and friends usually like helping each other out.

This happened around 2022, and I think it still works today.

We can trade reviews to help each other out.

Purchase a few reviews from people on the forum. It can help improve how many buyers you get.

Since I’m close to being a Level 3 Fiverr seller, I recommend using 2 out of your 4 listings to offer free or cheap services just to get reviews, like a $6 job. Keep one listing as your real paid service.

The goal is to reach Level 1 fast so you can start advertising.

Also, remember if your service has too many Level 2 or 3 choices, it can be tough to grow at the start.

Could this actually work? I kinda wanna test it out, but I’m scared it might mess up my account.

What’s the way to run the free giveaway?

On Fiverr, “giving it away” basically means offering your work for just around 6 bucks.

Paying for reviews on Fiverr breaks their rules and could get your account banned. It’s better to grow naturally by fixing up your profile, talking with buyers, and using Fiverr’s promo tools to get seen more.

Get a few reviews from older accounts, just not too many at once.

Haha that’s funny!

Hey, just wanted to share something cool—I recently hit Level 2 on Fiverr! Been working hard, and it feels awesome to see things growing. 😊

You can trade or pay for reviews, but you gotta be super careful. If anything goes wrong, your account could get shut down.

Yeah, getting reviews is possible in different ways. But it’s smart to bring people in from outside too—don’t just wait for folks already on the site to find your stuff.

Paying people for fake stars can get you in trouble on Fiverr. It’s better to share your gig, give fair prices, and earn real reviews from real buyers so your work grows the right way.

Since I’m at Level 2, my advice is to work your way up to Level 1 first.
Fill up all your gig slots with smart choices.
Stay away from gigs that everyone’s already doing — I pick special services where I can charge around $95 each, and there’s not much competition.
Use places like Facebook and LinkedIn to find folks who actually need what you’re offering.
Keep doing this over and over until you hit about $480 in sales.
