How to run many IG accounts on 1 phone?

What's the best way to create and manage around 50 Instagram accounts on a single phone using my SIM card with unlimited data?

Using just one phone would be extremely time-consuming because you would have to install the Instagram app, use it, delete its data, uninstall the app, deactivate airplane mode, reactivate it, and repeat this process each time.
