How to Deal with Amazon Invoice Requests for Online Arbitrage?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been building my Amazon FBA business using the online arbitrage model, and recently, Amazon asked me to provide invoices for some of my products. Since I get most of my inventory from online retailers, I’m not sure how to handle these requests in the future.

Has anyone else gone through this? How do you handle it when Amazon asks for invoices for items bought through online arbitrage? Do retailer receipts work, or is there a certain format they want? Any advice or tips would be really helpful!

Thanks a lot!

I haven't tried it directly with Amazon, but I've used free invoice generators before and sent them to PayPal and Stripe. Generally, they accepted the invoices I made myself.

To manage Amazon invoice requests for online arbitrage, make sure you have a real invoice from the supplier that shows the product details and prices. Keep the invoice neat and make sure it matches the item you're selling. If necessary, reach out to the supplier to get a correct invoice if you don't have one.

A comment made by AI that doesn’t really say anything…

Great idea, thanks! Amazon doesn’t accept receipts, and retail stores only give receipts. I’ve also heard that many sellers create invoices from receipts like you did.

I guess creating your own invoices might be one of the only choices you have here...
