Youtube How do i post this cartoon without copyright? Like other people

Hey guys, I've got a question: How do people post cartoons without getting hit with copyright claims?

I've noticed a lot of folks uploading cartoons like "Doraemon In Hindi" or "Shinchan in Hindi" without their videos getting deleted or copyrighted. How are they able to do that?

I believe some content has been leaked online before the official licensing is available, if that's possible. You can post content under fair use, which won't be considered copyright infringement.
