How can I create eBay accounts after being banned?

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

I used a new name and address, and a different bank account that I hadn’t used on eBay before, which has a different name than the one I signed up with.

I also used Multilogin to hide my fingerprint, listed one item, and still got banned.

I used a phone number from a different country than where I live right now.

With Multilogin, I noticed it kept putting me in different locations each time I logged in. Could this have made eBay suspicious?

After creating the account, I wasn't banned right away. Should I wait to list an item? If so, how long should I wait?

Please share what worked for you when creating a new eBay account. I’m not trying to dropship, just selling physical products that I’ll ship myself.

Another thing—eBay asked me for an invoice of my inventory, but I haven’t submitted the documents yet. If I don’t submit them, will I still get paid from my last payout within 90 days? My account is currently limited, and my payout is disabled.

I made a fresh account with a new name and address, and hooked it up to a brand-new bank account that had a different name than what I used for signing up on eBay.

eBay is super picky.

You gotta use totally different info. Nothing should match — not even your cookies, IP, or anything like that.

If you can’t do it alone, ask some friends to help you out.

Did you use your actual SSN, or did you make up a new one?

What did you do for the SSN and the bank account?

Everything — and I mean everything — needs to be different.
Not too sure how strict they are with IP bans these days either.

Make sure to use completely new info, fresh fingerprints, a real IP address, and a phone number.

Using an antidetect browser to switch your browser fingerprint is a smart idea. But I noticed you didn’t say anything about using a proxy to change your IP. Did you change your IP but just forgot to mention it?

Also, remember that an antidetect browser doesn’t actually change your IP address. So when you say multilogin puts you in a different place, that’s a bit confusing to me.

I think you should try using a residential proxy along with the antidetect browser. This way, you can create a fresh setup that websites can’t easily spot. If you’re getting banned, there could be lots of reasons—maybe the product you’re advertising or the proxy you’re using.
