TikTok How can I advertise BH effectively on TikTok?

Hey there, I've been working on running BH ads on TikTok for a few weeks now. I've created over 50 accounts during this time, using Dolphin and resi proxy from Oxylabs. However, I'm facing issues as the ads keep getting banned. The longest one lasted only 3 days. TikTok often cites the URL as the reason for the ban. On my site, I simply had the text "Click the button below" and an affiliate link to a dating site.

Lately, TikTok has been banning my accounts immediately after posting an ad, despite using different videos and domains for each account. What could I be doing wrong? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
 
Any news? Still facing the same issue, with more bans happening lately.
 
I’ve been running $1,500 daily on TT for the last 46 days without any bans. I’m using cloak.it pro, and my white page is hosted on WordPress. The redirect URL goes to the offer page.

AD - Offer page (if the IP address is a real person)

Ad - White page (if it’s a TT scan bot)

No issues on my end so far.
 
Also, keep in mind that my creatives don’t flag anything related to BH, and my white page matches my "creative."
