I feel I need to clarify what happened here.
So firstly, the user had issues with Immunify360 ( multiple failed email logins consecutively ) and we offered to move him to a server without it, or process a refund for him, since November 28 2023.
The user decided to opt against that.
The user has also slightly exaggerated things, as he left multiple 1 star reviews ( And even admitted it in DMs ).
We then decided to refund the client, and give him a month to move away.
However, we made a mistake, as when we refunded the client in full, the client's last invoice was marked unpaid, so the billing system suspended his account.
Upon him making the ticket, we unsuspended the account within 40 minutes.
That is all that we will comment on this.
The most laughable thing, is that while he has made over 5 and probably 10+ reviews on us, we have never once asked anyone to make any review of us here, and we have almost 0 presence here from official reps.
We wish the client the best in his future hosting adventures, as we cannot do anything to please him anymore and it is his freedom to comment and post anything he wants, but we also have the freedom to post our side of the story.
