Greetings, Join me on my quest to achieve $10,000 in monthly profits by reselling services.

BACKGROUND

  • 29-year-old male, residing in a third-world country.
  • From August to December of the previous year, generated $40,000 in profits by selling and reselling online services to businesses.
  • Unfortunately, half of the earnings were spent recklessly last year. Additionally, on 1/1/2023, encountered a setback where $19,000 was stolen from my bank after being drugged on New Year's Eve. Admitting my mistake, as I neglected the rules I had prominently displayed in my room: 1. Avoid spending money on unnecessary items. 2. Refrain from excessive drinking to remain aware of surroundings. However, let's move forward and focus on the journey towards achieving $10,000 in monthly profits.
PLAN

  1. Engage in selling and reselling online services to businesses, targeting offers with substantial margins, such as:
  • An offer with a $500 margin: Aiming to secure 20 clients per month (feasible but challenging).
  • An offer with a $2000 margin: Targeting 5 clients monthly to reach the $10,000 goal (manageable).
  • An offer yielding a $4000 margin: Seeking 3 clients monthly to surpass the $10,000 mark (highly achievable).
=> Occasionally, securing a client willing to pay a monthly fee, such as $2500, can significantly simplify the process of reaching $10,000 in monthly profits. => The specific services I'm selling or reselling will not be disclosed.

Let's embark on this journey together!

2.Acquire clients through cold emails and LinkedIn.
  • This is self-explanatory.
PROGRESS

  • Successfully closed two deals.
  1. $500 (02/01/2024)
  2. $1000 (06/01/2024)
Total revenue: $1500. Total profit: $683.50 (Paid service provider and bank account fees; I use wise.com for international bank accounts)

Screenshots are attached below.

CONCLUSION

  • Weekly updates will be provided on Saturdays.
  • Maintain sobriety and refrain from smoking.
  • Engage in Deep Work, i.e., three-hour sessions of focused and productive work with no disruptions.
  • Commit to six workouts per week.
  • Aim to achieve 100 push-ups with knuckles by December (self-imposed challenge).
  • Outperform everyone!
  • Avoid direct messages requesting favors; I am not selling anything. Feel free to ask questions on the thread.
-> WISHING EVERYONE ON MMO A PROSPEROUS 2024. LET'S GET TO WORK, GUYS, AND EMBRACE OUR HUSTLE! OUTWORK THE WORK AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR OWN FUTURES. lol

Hey, fellow member, I'm not disclosing the services I'm selling or reselling. For inspiration, visit marketplaces like Fiverr. You'll find niches better than what I'm currently involved in, which can provide you with better ideas. Don't hesitate to spend 5 minutes on research and take the plunge; it won't hurt.

Why would I need 5 minutes of research? I'm not trying to steal your niche. You completely misunderstood.

Most journey threads share what people are doing, which is why I asked. No need to overreact. Chill out!

Sharing a successful service with thousands of people might not be the best idea. I wouldn't reveal it either.

Wow, I guess I'm the bad guy for suggesting you do some research to find good niches on Fiverr. Anyway, good luck with everything!

Best of luck! Do you offer one service or multiple?
I offer and resell different kinds of services.

Great job, hardworking individual. I'm confident you'll surpass 100k and then some!
Yeah, you'll do amazing this year too! I can feel it, haha!

How many emails do you usually send each day?
Right now, I send 10 to 100 emails a day, and it's growing. I use different email addresses, and even Gmail works sometimes. I use software or do it by hand. You have to warm up your email first so it doesn't go to spam, and don’t send the exact same email to everyone.

Thanks for getting it. @Rollfic, there are lots of great services you can find on platforms like Fiverr.

Where do you usually find your clients?
Like I mentioned, I use email and LinkedIn.

Do people even read? You should pay more attention!
I wonder, haha. I already said that clearly!

Hi!
What do you say in your emails? How do people decide to give money to a stranger in these crazy times? Do they ask to see your portfolio or your website?

Where do you find the email addresses? Do you scrape them, or do you just go to specific companies’ websites and write to them? If you send 100 emails, how many replies do you usually get? 1 or 2?

About LinkedIn:
I have a lot of companies on my friends list too. How do you reach out to them? How do you start the conversation?

Like, do you say, 'Hi, my name is ... Do you need any website services? I’d like to help your business grow for a low price, like $1,000 to $2,000'? Is that how you do it?

Wow, those are really big numbers, especially for a developing country. Congrats!

I’m guessing most of the money comes from reselling rather than direct sales, right?

Good luck with everything!

I'm following! It would be cool to see how many messages you send each month compared to your earnings, and any changes you've made to your email system (without sharing too much, of course).

Good luck!

I don't have a problem with dropshipping or running an agency with employees.

But this whole thing with reselling services, especially the ones hyped up by YouTube gurus, really bothers me.

You claim to know how to do something, then hand it off to a third party, which causes delays and other issues. It's not illegal, but it feels unethical to me.

By the way, I don't mind things like re-uploading adult content, reposting nudes, or cold emailing (as long as it's not spam).

I know this is BHW, but I prefer more legit, white-hat methods. With the right tools, they can lead to quick money and exponential growth, just like BHW methods.

The main difference is that black-hat stuff eventually gets shut down, while white-hat methods, after some initial effort, offer endless potential.

Just my two cents.

Are you against arbitrage or price gouging? Because those are two very different things. Price gouging is definitely unethical, and I think it's even illegal in many countries.

But arbitrage has many layers. When you resell a service, you don’t necessarily pretend to know something and pass it off with delays. The reseller could act as a project manager. For example, I struggle to find clients, but if someone else does and resells my service, it doesn’t have to be a bad thing.

Also, you mentioned you’re okay with re-uploading adult content and reposting nudes, but those are actually unethical and often illegal. ;)
