Can you still earn rewards from sign-ups if people come from small money-making websites where they do tiny tasks?

That will get you banned as soon as they figure it out... I think it's an old CPA trick, and it probably stopped being popular around 2018 or so, but it's definitely not a new idea.

I'm pretty sure it's been around since SOI/DOI offers and microtask sites were both around at the same time.

Appreciate the heads-up, buddy. I'm pretty new to this CPA stuff and trying to figure out the methods that come to mind.
