Facebook ads are running, but no money is being spent.

Hey there, I started my Facebook ads and it says it’s still learning. But the number of people seeing it isn’t going up at all. I even tried switching to a different account and used new posts two times, but nothing changed.

Do you know why this might be happening? If you have any tips, please let me know.
