Cool ad ideas to help more folks find your cam site

Hey! I’m trying to find better places to get people to visit my cam site. I used one site a few times and spent about $95 with super low-cost views (like a penny for a bunch), and got maybe 3 to 7 people to sign up. If anyone knows a traffic source that actually works well, even if it costs more, I’d really like to hear about it. I’m mostly looking for stuff like pop-up or banner ads. Thanks!
