I'm interested in hearing if anyone has any insights on the differences between selling successfully on Amazon versus eBay. I assume that Amazon has significantly more traffic and sales, but I'm curious to know others' experiences and opinions.

Recently, Amazon has seen an influx of Chinese sellers who benefit from not having to pay sales taxes. As a result, they are able to offer their products at significantly lower prices compared to other sellers. Additionally, these sellers often receive an abundance of fake reviews and may also engage in purchasing clicks to boost their visibility.

Furthermore, another contributing factor to the prevalence of Chinese sellers on Amazon is the comparatively higher fees charged by the platform in contrast to eBay.

Indeed, ePacket offers incredibly affordable shipping options.

Amazon FBA isn't too challenging. There are various bots and tools available that can help you analyze trends, and they seamlessly integrate with your Amazon seller account. By leveraging these tools and choosing the right products, you can create a steady, gradual growth with moderate returns on investment but high sales volume. This approach has been working well for me. However, for niche items like collectibles, limited edition products, and other hyped items, I prefer using eBay. While the volume might be lower, the return on investment is higher, making both platforms effective for different purposes.

Attempting both options carries no risk, but if I were to decide between Amazon and Ebay, I would opt for Amazon because of their extensive user base and larger scale. Additionally, Amazon's shipping process is much more convenient.

Begin by familiarizing yourself with eBay to grasp the fundamentals of dropshipping, and subsequently, progress to Amazon FBA, as it presents a more intricate approach.
