Facebook Cant run ads, hold on card..

Every time I try to add my Wise bank card to an account, I encounter issues. Even though I can create ads, they don't seem to reach people. Sometimes, right after adding the card, the account gets restricted from advertising and asks for my identity to be confirmed. If it doesn't ask for identity confirmation, it says there's a problem placing a temporary hold on my card. I have a lot of money in my Wise bank card. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks.
